Application Production Support (APS) is for Enhancement, development, Optimization, Maintenance and Support of over 329 applications in MUFG Union Bank, N.A. , these services are provided by APS for multiple line of business for the customer like Finance, Investment Banking,HR, Retail banking, Call Centre operations, Consumer Lending, Item processing, loan applications which act as IT backbone for MUFG Union Bank,N.A. and help MUFG Union Bank, N.A. to strategically serve their customers and improve business models by continuous improvements.

The data from the multiple source systems is then extracted, transformed and loaded servers like Business Objects and Tableau. This data is further used by downstream applications for generating reports for the MUFG Union Bank, N.A. Head Office, multiple stakeholders, business users, etc. have worked in Data quality Reporting ,Enterprise Data Platform,Power BI and Scheduling tools .
