Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensure the processes required for the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Environmental Management System (EMS) are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Control all documents and records relevant to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Review and approve New Product Development PPAP documents, including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction, and Quality Inspection.
• Manage compliance with national and international standards.
• Update the State Pollution Control Board on legal and statutory requirements, implementing necessary corrective and preventive actions for identified non-conformances.
• Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system as per IATF 16949 and any necessary improvements.
• Organize QMS, EMS, internal audits, and Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Ensure the establishment and monitoring of quality objectives across functions.
• Ensure the implementation of training programs related to IATF.
