• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports
• Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management
• Manage absenteeism, performance, payroll and other related issues
• Ensure compliance of all accounting processes to that of the organization’s goals.

• Monthly GST Working, Payment & Return
• Monthly TDS Working, Payment & Quarterly Return
• In Finance Department, handling Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts payable (A/P)
• Analysis of Debtors and Creditors with respect to ageing, recovery period and balance confirmation procedures
• Maintaining Books of accounts in computerized system
• Investigation, Reconciliation & Clearing of opening balances
• Reconciliation of Intercompany payments
• Inventory valuation for every month
• Reviewing bank reconciliations and balance confirmation procedures
• Maintain records for Site work employee & marketing employee
• Preparing Balance sheet, Profit and Loss account and Notes to accounts
• Handling Team of Four Persons.

• Maintaining Books of accounts in computerized system
• Investigation, Reconciliation & Clearing of opening balances
• Reconciliation of Intercompany payments
• Inventory valuation for every month
• Reviewing bank reconciliations and balance confirmation procedures
• Handling day to day petty cash transaction.

Day to Day Accounting.

• Vouching and Verification of Books of accounts and Financial statements
• Co-ordination with Clients and Government Tax department
• To manage the finance and accounts function
• Co-ordination with Internal and external Auditor
• Looking into accurate accounting activity, and monthly reconciliation for the same
• Computing depreciation as per Companies Act, 2013 and income Tax Act, 1961
• Reviewing bank reconciliations and balance confirmation procedures.
