• Own end-to-end automation lifecycle for Finance, Risk and controls, Partner Services, People Systems: initial process assessments and requirement-gathering, PDD/PRD and solution design documentation, as-is / to-be flows in Miro, development and building automation solutions, technical designs, runbooks, UAT coordination, go-live and hyper-care, plus ongoing optimisation and KT/handovers.
• Contribute to scaling a portfolio of 60+ RPA bots, delivering EUR 9.5M+ savings (2020-23), EUR 3.4-5.3M in 2024, and 36 FTE-equivalent saves/cost-avoids in FY25, processing ~0.94-1.9M+ transactions/year and returning 80K-200K+ hours annually at an ~98-99.3% automation rate.
• Strengthen team and stakeholder capabilities through regular learning workshops / knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g. automation walkthroughs for new bots, sessions on AI/LLM internal tools usage for productivity, AWS infrastructure, standardised reporting across 20+ processes and more)
• Actively upskilling in AI/ML and GenAI, including hands-on experimentation with LangFlows / LangChain and prototyping internal agents to better understand future product opportunities.

Key Projects & Outcomes

• Hadoop → BDX/Snowflake migration (Must Do): Led end-to-end migration for 13 automations (3 Finance, 7 Partner Services, 3 Fraud) from Hadoop/Hue to BDX/Snowflake, replacing UI-driven flows with backend Python-Snowflake integration and reducing bot processing time by ~30-40%, improving reliability and de-risking Hadoop decommissioning.
• SAP upgrade (7 bots): Owned impact analysis, design changes, SIT/UAT and go-live for 7 SAP-dependent O2C/AR bots during an S/4 upgrade; achieved 0 post-go-live defects. The upgraded O2C bundle alone processed 32.6K+ transactions and saved ~1,000 hours (~1.9 FTE) in 5 months.
• CAC Mass Reopening (Legal Collections): Designed and delivered an automation to reopen CAC accounts after debt payment; freed ~46 hours/month of manual work, recovered properties missed by Extranet self-reopen, reduced reliance on Tableau/Zendesk tickets, and added overpayment handling via SAP workflow clearances.
• AWS & infrastructure enablement: Completed AWS fundamentals and supported infra work including EC2 creation, IAM role setup, VM provisioning, generating New Relic/SNS email alerts for monitoring, installation of softwares through puppetization, automated monitoring and EC2 restarts for offline resources and more. Helped migrate 7+ bots (e.g., Revenue Operations, Revenue Accuracy Testing, AR Workflow Refunds) to AWS, improving scalability and observability.
• AI & measurement: Built GenAI observability dashboards (Grafana + Arize) for Manual Cash Allocation, aligning GenAI/data and business stakeholders on KPIs and creating a reusable metrics catalog. Delivered a Notebook LLM-based FS knowledge base with role-specific prompts and learning assets, improving internal AI tool adoption and onboarding.

• Delivered end-to-end RPA solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, HR and Stores, owning requirements, PDD/SDD, development, UAT and hyper-care in an Agile setup.

• Managed UAT, requirement clarification, change impact analysis, component-level design, Blue Prism development, deployment and production support for banking and pharma clients.
