  • Maintaining staff records, Salary calculation and processing of staff. Yearly leave salary & Bonus calculation.

  • Handling entire recruitment from executive level to senior level which includes sourcing and identification, interview coordination and salary negotiation.
  • Responsible for drafting offer letter, appointment letter, increment letter, confirmation letter and all joining formalities.
