As an LLM Trainer at Turing, I worked on advancing the client's large language model (LLM) capabilities by designing, curating, and refining training datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT). Our work directly shaped how the clients' models reason, respond, and align with user expectations across a wide range of tasks.

• Develop, review, and annotate high-quality prompts and responses for supervised fine-tuning.
• Ensure training data reflects accuracy, clarity, and adherence to ethical and policy guidelines.
• Collaborate with ML researchers, data scientists, and evaluators to improve model behavior.
• Identify edge cases and failure modes in LLM outputs and propose corrective strategies.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on curated datasets to maintain consistency and reliability.
• Provide feedback on model iterations, helping guide improvements in reasoning, alignment, and safety.

• Executed script writing, reporting, and streamlined video feeds in alignment with scripts

• Produced feature stories for Airports Authority of India (AAI) and National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG)

Produced Business News Anchor segments, curated footage, and aided in the production of evening broadcasts like Business 360 and India Business Hour.

Developed significant expertise through experience with Social Desk team. Worked for increasing engagement of CNBC TV18 news channel on social media such as X(Formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Supported post-production editing processes, contributing to timely project completion and high-quality deliverables.
• Reviewed daily footage with editors assisting in making decisions about which scenes would make the final cut.
• Collaborated with producers and directors to create visually appealing graphics packages for on-air use.
