As part of Credit Syndication , Restructuring and Advisory team at Centrum Capital Limited, I focus on Debt Syndication, Debt Resolution and IBC Advisory related trades.

I specializes in Structured Debt Raise (INR 25 Cr. - INR 250 Cr.) with capability to structure and distribute debt instruments across wide set of lenders. I have strong industry wide connects with Bank's, NBFC's, AIF's and Private Credit Investors (Family offices and HNI's).

I also have extensive experience in advising clients on acquisition of distressed assets both within and outside IBC framework. I have also handled large debt restructuring and One Time Settlement assignments.

My current role entails :

• Origination: Sourcing Debt and Debt Resolution mandates from market, associates / partners
• Execution: Preparation of project related collaterals, Due Diligence and Negotiations
• Distribution: Liaising with financial institutions and private investors

• Company Overview: CentrumDirect was wholly owned subsidiary of Centrum Capital Limited and largest ADII categorized foreign exchange services provider in India with revenue of over US$1.5 Billion
• Centrum Capital divested its stake in 2017 to Ebix Cash
• Responsible for entire P&L of North India business with 250 team members
• Regional Operations Management : Responsible for P&L of entire region with revenue of over US$300 Million
• Large and Mid-Market Client Acquisition
