• Formulated Industry-specific value chain analysis and mapped Capgemini’s offerings tailored to retail, consumer Products, Services, and hospitality sectors
• Consolidated detailed case studies for all North American clients, along with battlecards & solution playbooks to effectively communicate value propositions to stakeholders and clients in CPRS Sector, facilitating strategic decision-making

Strategic Client Insights | North American - Capgemini

• Provided an inference-based analysis of the Virgin Voyages rates (SOW’s) against the other Capgemini clients’ rates who have a common relation to the major stakeholder private equity firm (Ares).
• Worked closely with leadership to provide a template to present to stakeholders at Virgin Voyages. The viewpoint allowed Capgemini to onboard them as a client.
