Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in both data analysis and IT support, working across a variety of tools and technologies to solve problems and improve processes. I regularly use Microsoft Excel—not just for basic spreadsheets, but for deep data analysis using things like PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and macros. I’m passionate about keeping data accurate and building reports and dashboards that actually help people make better decisions.
I’ve also worked on automating workflows with Power Automate, which has helped reduce repetitive tasks and free up time for more meaningful work. On the data side, I have hands-on experience using SQL and some basic Python to pull, clean, and analyze data from different sources.
