1. To supervise and monitor retail outlet operations in order to achieve the sales voulme of Motor Sprit, High Speed Diesel, Lubes and horizontals.
2. Achieving the planned sales Volume and revenue targets for MS, HSD & horizontals for the Division
3. Planning of territory Sales Plan.
4. Setting targets of MS and HSD Sales for the Territory.
5. Inspection retail outlets regularly on maintenance.
6. Routine monthly Retail outlet inspection
7. Monthly Sales forecast of the Upliftment of product of product.
8. Co-coordinating with the franchisees for timely training of the forecourt staff.
9. Monitor customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor action to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals.
10. Collaborate with bulk customers to maintain relationship and to provide support and guidance for sales.
11. Launch promotion related schemes to enhance sales at Retail outlets.
