1. Social Media Blog API project:

• Project Overview:

This social media application will be an API backend without a frontend. The app will have the ability to manage user accounts and messages that they submit to the application. Users will be able to see all of the messages posted to the site, as well as the messages posted by a particular user. In either case, we require a backend that is able to deliver the data needed to display this information, as well as process actions like logins, registrations, message creations, message updates, and message deletions.

• Roles/Responsibilities:

Creation of ReadMe file and relevant boilerplate code, along with JUnit test cases, for candidates to work on it.

2. Spring Social Media Blog API project:

• Project Overview:

This social media application will be an API backend without a frontend. This may sound familiar, as this was the goal of your previous capstone project. Here, the app will have the same functionality, including the ability to manage user accounts and messages that they submit to the application. However, this application should be created using the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Web.

Similar to the previous iteration of this project, the backend you will create needs to be able to deliver the data needed to display this information, as well as process actions like logins, registrations, message creations, message updates, and message deletions.

• Environment/Technologies:

Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Framework.

• I am managing cohorts of candidates in the United States for the Pre-Training Program (PEP) in a full-stack course, which consists of 11-week sessions with more than 10 batches and an ongoing enrollment of 250-300 candidates per batch. My responsibilities include developing content, coding labs, coding challenges, coding assessments, and multiple-choice question assessments for various concepts, utilizing a range of tools and technologies.
  
  My technical expertise includes Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Javalin, Spring, Git, JDBC, three-layer architecture in Java, REST endpoints, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I utilize platforms such as VSCode, Eclipse IDE, DBeaver, PostgreSQL, Postman, Thunder Client, and Gitpod in my work. Additionally, I address any technical issues candidates encounter during the course in collaboration with the Development team.
  
  I have contributed to the creation of Coda documents related to the course and have developed test cases using JUnit and Selenium for the coding labs and projects. Furthermore, I have established the exit criteria for all concepts covered in the PEP program. I also handle the grading of assessments and projects for my cohorts, and provide assistance to other trainers as needed.
  My role includes conducting mock interviews and one-on-one interviews with candidates, while monitoring the Discord server and responding accordingly. I also evaluate candidate portfolios and work on both the backend and frontend components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) associated with the PEP program.
• We are currently engaged in a project development utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the BookAPI.
