• Design, Engineering of, Procurement, Construction & overall Project Management activities. Co-ordination
• Experienced with standard installation and testing plans and procedures for ensuring quality in project commissioning and good equipment life.
• Direct supervision of Erection, Testing and Commissioning of all major electrical equipment and components of manufacturing plants.
• Thorough Execution of HV & LV systems, Transformers, Cabling, HT & LT motor, construction power etc.
• Experienced in Erection to Commissioning activities of MV & LV motors up to 11 Kv.
• Perform Erection to Commissioning activities of Transformers ranging from 2 MVA Distribution Transformers to 7.5 MVA 66 KV Power Transformers.
• Study and Evaluation of Equipment, Electrical Schematics, SLD, BOQs and Technical specifications
• Monitoring of Project continuously at each stage and guide Erection &Testing agency to Schedule and specifications
• Billing and Audit of services (MEP) bills for the work contract awarded to contractors as per technical specification at various projects submitted by contractor/project team.
• Quantity Surveying for all commercial & Residential Projects.
• Preparation of Deviation statement including quantity measurements, bill of quantities, analysis of rates.
• Check the final bills as well as R.A. bills if required quantity and taking actual joint measurement with contractor representative.
• Responsible for planning & monitoring execution of all Electrical works at site.
• Installation, testing & commissioning of Electrical Work 33 KV line from in-coming main power & distribution lines, transformer, HT/LT panel and Earthling system.
• Co-ordinate with the Consultants for receiving drawings clarifications and make a report of observation.
• To co-ordinate with Electrical Contractor for Electrification, Execution, Erection & Commissioning.
• Monitor work progress and quality of work as per approved specifications.
• Ensure all works are undertaken in a safe manner utilizing a project specific safety plan and adopt safe working culture with help of safety person at site
• Attend daily Site Meeting for work plan & target.
• Oversee installation, operation to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications.
• Planning with Contractor's Representatives to maintain the Progress & Quality Aspect.
• Checking of All Electrical & Other Related Services before Execution.
• Maintain all Data Related to Electrical Work Recorded the same in Measurement Book and Abstract Sheet.
• Maintain of R/A Bills.
• Resolve the Discrepancy Arises During the Work.
• Responsible for Execution of Electrical Work as per G.F.C. Drawing & Specification Maintaining Quality Aspect within Determined Time Frame.
• Maintaining all Data Related to Electrical work recorded the same in Measurement Book and Carry over to Abstract Sheet.
