Accomplishments

  • Completed the World Bank funded PDS project(Project Code-WB-1_2016_1) , without time and cost overrun.
  • Designed and implemented > 50 artificial recharge,springs & small stream rejuvenation schemes to foster hydrologic balance and water conservation at various watersheds across West Bengal without any time and cost overrun.
  • Effectively implemented >1500 minor irrigation schemes (CCA, 2000ha) and created additional 6000 ha of irrigational potential at Western Bengal Basin.
  • Achieved success through coming away with >400 legal matters on for Government Of West Bengal related to water resource Management.
  • Proved 3.1 MT of non-coking coal reserve through geological exploration ( ~40,000 meters of drilling and allied activities within a span of 14 months and prepared full Geological report of Ichhapur coal block, Raniganj Coal field) in India.
  • Completed coal exploration activities at overseas locations at Zumbo district, Tete province Mozambique and Indonesia .
