Responsible for managing the overall success of any project, right from initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, through closure.

• Support workflows and projects aimed at initiating, scoping, and getting authorization from clients on. Various documents (lab results, imaging results, patient demographics, charges, appointments, and prescriptions between Athena, clients, and trading partners) and act as a point of contact for any type of client escalations.
• Maintaining appropriate quality standards and ensuring that there are minimal errors or escalations in the process or project handled.
• Analyzing and working on related work queues, including requests from clients for integrations with medical facilities, and healthcare vendors, and moving the requests to the appropriate downstream teams.
• Communicating with labs, hospitals, IT vendors, pharmacies, and Athena stakeholders to convey project status and timelines.
• Managing a high volume of projects and maintaining priorities.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of athenahealth’s healthcare transactions, and how relationships between teams and their workflows influence complex problem-solving.
• Scoping, analyzing, and validating data for project requirements.
• Tasks and projects are triaged to internal teams for further processing.
• Additional ad hoc projects, as business needs arise.
• Facilitated communication between team members by providing clear direction and expectations throughout the life cycle of the project.

• Joined as an intern based on the functional test engineer (embedded) position.
• Trained in C programming for embedded systems.
• Gained experience in different tools such as Visual Studio, Microchip, and GitHub.
