Recruitment:

• Sharing Salary sheets with Finance team.
• Keeping statutory compliances like PF other deductions in concern while designing employee salary structure.
Employee Engagement:
• Designing employee engagement initiatives and rolling them out.
• Conducting knowledge sharing sessions and Town hall meetings on a regular basis.
• Celebrating Occasions, Festivals, and other important events.
• Nurture a positive working environment and facilitate healthy work culture through regular Employee Engagement initiatives .
Performance Management:
• Defining KRA and KPI of on boarded employees.Performing Regular Competency reviews with involvement of Team Leads.
• At the time of appraisal, getting the ranking done for each task assigned in KRA sheet.
• Arranging performance review discussions with team leads and management.
Query and Grievance Management:
• Being HR SPOC, responsible for managing employee related queries and providing their resolutions.
• Making proactive communication with employees on policies and processes.
• Handling employee escalations and taking proactive steps to resolve them at the HR level.
Exit Formalities:
• Keeping a track of all exits in all concerned departments.
