Responsibilities

· Development and maintenance of CyberSecurity Dashboard. Updating KPIs critical for organization.

· Handling Production Support team. Managing tickets, handling team and publishing the status to senior organization members.

· PoC for converting reports on Kibana platform to POWER BI with real time data refreshing functionality.

· Embedding POWER BI reports on Microsoft platform.

· Working on DevOps PoC for maintaining deployment pipeline.

· Migration of Bex Analyzer reports to POWER BI.

Project Title : SAP HANA & POWER BI Developer

Responsibilities

· Development of reports/Dashboards in Power BI (desktop), Power BI Pro (Services)

· Used various sources to pull data into (Import query) Power BI such as flat files, SharePoint & HANA database.

· Installation and configuration of Enterprise gateway and Personal gateway in Power bi service

· Scheduled Automatic refresh and scheduling refresh in power bi service.

· Involved in end to end Implementation & delivery of BI solutions.

· Interaction with end users to collect requirements and acquire the necessary domain knowledge to become a subject matter expert.

· Understanding source systems and customer requirements.

· Worked with Dashboard style of reports using all the power BI components.

· Created calculated columns, Measures in power bi desktop to show good data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

· Identifying the SQL procedures relying on linked Oracle server, to be decommissioned.

· Understanding the logic used for deriving data based on partitions, as HANA does not support partitions

· Changing the SQL scripts from Oracle compatible to HANA compatible.

· Identifying the areas of improvement in the existing scripts.

· Testing new configurations or setups done & demonstrating the new HANA based scripts to the client. Doing the change impact analysis of the same.

· Developing of the Test cases & test specifications for testing in dev environment.

· Handling any defects or issues raised by the Generics testing team during QA testing logged into the Quality center.

· Using Quality Center to log defects and managing testing activities.

Responsibilities

· Worked extensively in analyzing BW data flow, monitoring process chains in big and complicated landscape with more than 100 process chains running daily.

· Understanding the Business requirement, conceptual designing, doing logical data modeling, mapping from source to target.

· Improved Data loading and query performance tuning by maintaining Aggregates, Partitioning and Compression, line item dimension, ST03, Symentic partition, Infopacakge spliiting, DTP job splitting etc.

· Developed DSO, Infocube and Multiprovider as per the TD and done Build and Unit Test.

· Created Process chains and transport request for Backend and Frontend Objects.

· Implemented Datasource Enhancements.

· SAP BI/BW LO Extraction – Setup tables , Delete setup Tables , Replicate DS in BI , Delta Queue , Fill Setup Tables , Infopackages (Repair Full) .

AT&T is recognized as one of the leading worldwide providers of IP-based communications services to businesses. They also have the nation's fastest mobile broadband network and the largest international coverage of any U.S. wireless carrier, offering the most phones that work in the most countries; the largest Wi-Fi network in the United States based on branded and operated hotspots; and the largest number of total broadband connections in the United States.

Provided Level 2/3 production and operations support for a large US Telecom Major (AT&T). Major responsibilities include Incident Management/Capacity reporting for client’s IVR systems for the West, Mid-West and South West regions comprising of more than 300 application servers/systems (MPS/VPS/OSCARS).

Responsibilities

Scripting:

Good UNIX scripting experience. Developed following scripts/tools for automating the manual processes:

· IVR monitoring tool to monitor the various statuses of ports, processes, applications and other related system information of the server without manually logging onto the servers from command prompt.

· Developed a script to automate the process of fetching application server and logs based on the caller ID provided.
