I worked in a mental health related field for 7 years as an active-duty Air Force member. Then I transferred to the Air National Guard and continued my mental health career for almost two more years. During that time I led seven technicians, offered care for over 141k beneficiaries, and oversaw a $57k (one year) project. Leading is a passion and I am outstanding at following orders. Attention to detail is key.
I do have a passion for volunteering. I have led or volunteered for more than 300 events stacking over 500 hours and led many members throughout either cleaning a beach, organizing a non-profit center for Airman, and ushering concerts/shows to help raise money for The Gulf Coast Center for Non-violence. I have received eight quarterly awards, and three annual awards. One of which is an international award where I won out of over 112,000 members and over 125 other Chapters. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.
