PIPING

• Responsible for controlling and planning job allocation for different teams and execute the assigned task as per the project program schedule,
• Actively involved in P&ID marking, preparation 'As Built' drawing, execute the lines mechanically cleared during walk down for Hydro test & Pre-commissioning activities like flushing, leak test & documentation control of piping discipline,
• Co-ordination with client for required P&ID and isometric drawings,
• Verifying and supervising all site related jobs with approved drawings and clarifying with engineering team about technical issues if any modification at site,
• Progress monitoring, status updating and reporting to management,
• Supervision and inspection of welding, cutting, grinding, fabrication and erection activities on piping system as per drawings, code, standard, material specification and quality control procedure,
• Coordinated hydro-testing activities for network of piping and pipelines between clusters to Rumaitha CPP,
• Systematized preparing necessary documents and quality control inspection, including punch list.,
• Preparing of mark-up drawing for testing in various system/subsystem wise as Per limits.,
• Involved in MCC, RFC and PSSR walk down and related punch closings,
• Coordinating with quality control department for inspection and testing services following completion of assigned works,
• Coordinate and Requesting RFI with quality control department, Review and clearance of test packs for various priority levels,
• Coordinating with material departments for required materials at site, Responsible to check required Non-destructive tests should be done before hydrotesting

PIPELINE

• Verification of site related issues regarding crossings A/G, U/G live facilities, New pipeline crossings, Deletion of bends for hydrotesting, Re-Routing lines, changes in new facilities,
• Co-ordinating of fabrication, assembly, erection, stringing and welding of different size pipelines with various services like Oil transfer line, Oil flow lines, Nitrogen lines, Gas flow lines, Blow down lines,
• Supervision of activities of pipelines such as lowering, backfilling, coating, pre-padding, post padding, open cut, Trail pit and HDD,
• Identifying nearest facilities before HDD,
• Applying NOC from Adjacent authorities through interface departments,
• Coordinate with surveyor to Analyse pipeline survey data to identify the depth of nearest live facilities,
• Documents preparation like Method statement, TRA and JSA as per site requirement,
• Checking MTO match, pipe length, and shortage with drawings as per design drawings,
• Raising Technical Queries for site related issues if needed,
• Follow-up with design team on time for required drawing, Allocation of manpower with different teams to complete activity

PRE-COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES,

• Supervision of HYDROTEST, PIGGING, CLEANING, GAUGING, DEWATERING, SWABBING, DRYING, N2 Purging for different pipeline services,
• Coordinating Intelligent pigging in PO/OTL Pipelines inter-connection between Remote degassing stations to associated Mini pads,
• Coordinated Pneumatic test in 84" line of flash vapors (FV) service, Hydro-test in refinery piping services with different sizes such as 72", 52", 48", 36", 24", 20",
• Ensuring blind installation and vent points as per test limit by Line walk down at site,
• Pneumatic test of firefighting and associated piping system,
• Puff test of sprinkler in firefighting piping system,0
• Headed on Pneumatic Test by Air/Nitrogen - All New Clusters with CPP of ADCO NEB including gaslift down station, Production and Test-manifold Piping & Production Well, WAG Well, Water Disposal Well-side Piping, Production oil, Injection Gas/Water, Drain system & Vent with closed drain drum, Methanol/Biocide/Anti-scale chemical injection skids.,
• MRT-Methanol/Biocide/Anti-scale chemical injection skids with positive displacement pump and Closed drain drum with Centrifugal pump,
• Nitrogen filling in Actuators inside WHCP through boost-up pump,
• Coordination with vendor for Energising of WELL HEAD CONTROL PANNEL (WHCP),
• Lube oil flushing, filtration and filling of hydraulic oil in field hydraulic operating valves and tubes with flushing skid
