Controllership & RTR

• Preparation of Subsidiaries Financial Statements, including notes as per Ind AS for both quarterly and annual review.
• Heading Corporate Payable which includes payables management & reconciliations.
• Active participation in monthly book closure activities for preparing prepaid allocation entry/Learning development revenue recognition/ provisions for NH Group.
• Heading Related Party Transactions at a group level and review of NTA for Financial Reporting prepared by subordinates.
• Disclosure of Notes to Accounts for assisting in Standalone Financial reporting, supporting secretarial team for releasing RP annexure, limits approving, SEBI disclosure.
• Supporting statutory audit for resolving RPT reconciliation.
• Preparation & Review of Corporate P/L on monthly basis, analysis/reporting of variances and providing explanations to senior leadership team.
• Managing and overseeing the Record to Report process which includes reviewing the general ledger at group level and driving process improvements.
• Preparing Estimated Credit Loss calculation in AR(Account Receivables) process.
• Assisted in implementation of automation in AP(Accounts Payable) and involved in process change management.
• Driving application of Ind AS 115 and Ind AS 116 across NH and acting as a subject matter expert for the same.
• Experience in IFRS and local GAAP.
