Conducted market based study to understand the role of Diabetes app on self care behavior of 36 diabetic Type 1 and Type 2 patients. Analyzed both quantitative and qualitative data that prompted significant changes in definition and usability of current diabetic apps. A Cognitive Model of tourist loyalty in Museum visits
