AP Product eliminated non-standard manual processes, reduces high cost of operations through automated workflows and handles life cycle of Invoices. I had a privilege to work on following Enhancements:
a) Email Approval Process : E-Approval System is the easiest way to perform approvals over some crucial data without logging in into the systems but over emails, customized email templates are used to display the dynamic data lists and provided with the User actions on the email itself to perform the designated tasks as required in the product.
b) TAT Calculation : Tracking the overall Lifecycle of any invoice / case from the day it has been created to the End of the process, it is one of the key part of the product as in need to check who holds the case and process being performed along with time tracking.
c) Apex Hook : Created Apex Interface to interact with Apex Custom hooks, providing the capability of making custom process work with-in from product managed package by Using custom hooks and providing Interface to achieve this.
d) Multiple GRN Flip : Designed Lightning components from Scratch and implemented with complex algorithmic solution in order to achieve the business use case of handling the GRN Received from the different ERP's.
e) AP Lite : Developed a cost effective solution for the clients to reduce the implementation cost to minimum, by providing a one time setup Lite package which helps to migrate all the basic requirements of the product functionalities to function in one go.
f) Import/Export of Related data from Lightning Component :
Developed a customized Import / Export functionality of retrieving and uploading the related list data, displayed on the custom built screen.
g) Language Translation : An application needs to be multilingual and this was achieved by replacing all hard coding with Custom Labels and handling the translation using Salesforce platform. Customizing all queries in order to handle translation based on locale and make the module multilingual.
h) Consolidate Email Reminders : Developed a schedulable custom flow for Reminder and Escalations, written batch class to achieve this and multilingual approach for wider business model making the product more interactive and informative.
i) ML Integration ( Auto Populate GL/Cost Code And Requester/Buyer) : Developed batch and Integration logic and hit API to fetch response from ML Team in order to populate the automatched data.
i) External Callout ( Fetch data from External Environment ) : Integrated the Org With External Org to fetch the Master Data when searched for. Also implemented in two ways :
a)Insert on Search. b) Insert on Add.
Project : Ticket Handling And Lawful Intercept
Key Responsibilities in Project :
Description :Created a model of Custom Secured service cloud where specific case had multilevel security i.e: Manual/Standard Sharing, Role, Team Member, Sharing Rules , Encryption, Permission Sets & Profiles.
a) Encryption/Decryption : Custom Encryption on Case when created/Updated , calling methods from after insert and after update event. And Decrypting for only valid Users, calling methods from the controller class.
b) Secure Case Creation : Secure case creation and visibility to authorized users based on object level check/permission Sets/ Validations and country access based on account billingcountrycode.
c) Generic LWC Layout : Created generic LWC components which can be added from flexipage and based on the given data i.e object and field API names and several other custom criteria can be provided.
d) Bell Notification : Bell notification on creation or assignment of any case in the org from Service console or Community portal.
e) Custom Security Model : Designed and developed highly secure model for case creation and assignment keeping in mind the collaboration and sharing of records in order to secure the sensitive data and restrain from any breach.
