- Working on installation of DBS, DS, COCO and DODO stations of HPCL with the rule and regulations of T4S, OISD STD 179 and SMPV.
- During construction of station maintain properly all the inter distances as per the OISD-179.
- Conducting T4S visits, PESO visits of CNG stations.
- Prepare all the site details with equipment, pre commissioning, commissioning and hand over takeover documents with O&M.
- Prepare IFC drawing for the basic PESO applying.
- SS tubing work for new CNG stations and installation of Electrical work like panel, UPS battery, servo for voltage regulation and electric connection with 415 v and PF (0.75 to 0.95).
- Provide proper earthing for all the equipment with code IS 3043. (Bothe the earthing Copper and GI) with proper numbering and reading of resistance available (with grid and without grid).
- Perform W&M (weight and measure department) for punching the dispenser with maximum 01 to 1.5 percent of difference between prover and dispenser reading.
- Also check and approved the bill of all the contractors.
- Coordination with vendor and client for all the civil, mechanical, electrical and O&M related work.
- Perform the compressors PAT (performance acceptance test) and Monthly maintenance.
- Calibration of various instruments like Gas detector, flame detector, SRV, pressure gauge and Temperature gauge.
