I am a part of the WISE (Worldwide ISV Solutions enablement) team that focuses on 3rd party software resale. I carry out multiple activities that include processing quotations, purchase orders and accounts payable & receivable activities.

2021 - 2022

• Worked on identifying the needs and drafting quotations per the requirement from the presales team. And registering deals on the partner portal when needed.
• Also worked on SFDC for a very short duration which was simply a ticket analyzing & logging activity for compute cloud issues that were faced by the users and to connect them with the corresponding technicians for troubleshooting.

2022 - 2024

• Working on creating purchase orders and issuing it to the vendor/partner for the deals that were won.
• Working specifically on Microsoft azure & office license usage to report out the usage cost to internal teams for further processing.
• Engaging in Accounts Payable activities where the receipt, validation and processing of invoices was the prime task. Also posting the information to the central system for the payments team to pick & process the payment.
• Engaging in Accounts Receivable activities that include generating customer invoices and validating against the customer orders and issuing to the customers and also posting the information to a central system for the collections team to get in touch with the customer.

Fulfillments

• Collaborated with team to define business requirements for organizational processes, achieve productivity standards, and adhere to accuracy standards.
• Helped to Develop standard operating procedures and document workflows to drive current and future processes.
• Prioritized initiatives to increase success rates of strategic projects.
• Identified and resolved process issues to drive optimal workflow and business growth.

• Shifted to Front Office in the same company as a Service Advisor and interacted with the Customers to know & assess their Service needs of their vehicles and got it fixed by interacting with the technicians.
• Tried to achieve Customer Satisfaction by understanding the requirements.
• Documented problems and corrective actions to maintain records.

• Complied with all the Standard Operating Procedures of Renault India Pvt.Ltd and tried to adhere the Flat Rate Time prescribed by the FRT manual in the workshop to enable smooth work shift.
• Inspected, evaluated and calibrated electrical and mechanical systems and components.

Achievements

Participated in the Indian south zone training program conducted by Renault and scored a distinction.
