Duties

• Formulated and developed a detailed operational plan for a sustainable development project in Citizens Alliance, Andhra Pradesh. The objective of the project is to train, engage, and monitor Gram Volunteers of the village secretariat, which is a pillar of governance for the AP State Government.

• Conducted Focused Group Discussions (FGDs) by managing a team of 30 people with various socio-economic groups to understand their voting preferences and patterns.
• Identifying and lobbying various political leaders, NRIs, and bureaucrats across the state into the YSR Congress Party by organizing town hall meetings.
• Ground Intel: Collected ground intelligence at the assembly constituency (AC) level to devise and implement an electoral strategy. Campaigning: Devised and executed an assembly-level campaign with the party president and MLA candidate in the AC through door-to-door campaigns, rallies, etc.
