• Established QA team in Micron India and trained junior members for self-sufficiency. Currently, I am leading a team of 15 team members.
• Currently working on the SAP S/4 HANA migration project and has developed QA automation and test automation strategies for the project. Still, the project is in its initial phase.
• Managed a complete test management team and also drove end-to-end test management for diverse portfolios, including site expansions across different SAP domains, with up to 150 resources.
• Developed comprehensive test strategies, plans, and RTMs for effective project execution. Have excellent knowledge of test management tools like ADO, JIRA.
• Produced and presented detailed reports to senior management, to VPs, and to CIOs.
• Implemented testing practices aligning with industry standards to minimize production bugs.
• Driven and managed test automation efforts across SAP modules under APO and ECC systems. Automated applications, including Rapid Response, Workday, Salesforce, Team Center, Ariba, and FIORI.
• Configured and implemented WorkSoft products such as Certify, Business Process Capture, Process Intelligence, BPP reports, and Continuous Test Manager.
• Worked with the internal team in implementing the auto-auto framework setup for regression test executions.

Client: Micron Technology, Boise (ID). Summary: This project is a support project, and our team got an opportunity to start test automation from scratch, set up test automation to develop a regression repository, and handle all ad-hoc requests coming from other teams. Exploring new opportunities, as a team, we automated E2E test cases for SD, MM, FI, APO, EHSM, HR, and other SAP modules. Other projects that we worked on in micron technology are Fiori, Ariba, and web application automation.

• Led a team of 10, overseeing all testing activities and progress metrics.
• Created comprehensive testing artifacts, including automation progress metrics and defect reports.
• Automated nearly 300 end-to-end manual test cases, saving 465 hours per regression cycle.
• Conducted feasibility assessments for test automation tools and application automation.
• Researched ongoing portfolios to identify new automation opportunities.

Client: EMC Corp/Dell, Bangalore

Summary: The application under test is the Support application of EMC for its customers. I joined the project in the initial phase and started my career as a manual tester. The application under test has many work streams. I worked as a manual tester for the first one and a half years, and later moved to an automation tester profile to automate the same application. During this tenure year, I did script development, execution, report analysis, maintenance, and handled all client-specific calls.
