- I was responsible for managing the entire end to end supply chain for the west region as RLM (Mumbai, Rest of Maharashtra and Goa) for warehousing, distribution and reverse logistics.
- Managing the inventory allocation based on the sales plan and the inventory given by national planners.

- Responsible for monthly business reviews with the courier/transport & warehousing vendors including performance measured against the agreed KPIs.

- Responsible for driving the annual cost saving targets given by management team, to find out such areas where cost saving can be achieved and its timely implementation.
- Monthly reporting to the management on KPIs related to inward performance, dispatch and delivery performance, POD upload status, dedicated and market vehicle deployment & utilization performance, market returns and replacement order status, spare parts timely delivery to business partners , damage reports , insurance claim raised status.
- Responsible for preparing monthly cost/expenses data related to warehousing and distribution, analyzing against the budgeted cost and working on reasons in case of any additional costs incurred.
