I work in the Payments domain, ACI being the payment gateway.

My roles and responsibilities include:

• Defining and Prioritizing the Roadmap and the Product Backlog for my Scrum Team. I ensure team works in the agile methodology and that Product Backlog feeds into Technology projects.
• Establishing Vision and Scope for my Product Offering & applying Ownership principles.
• Understanding and performing Risk-analysis and assisting the Scrum Master and the Management to manage it.
• Analysis of API Specifications and translating into Functional Requirements.
• Perform Solution Analysis on customer journeys and product functionality.
• Doing the Competitor Analysis of the current product offerings in the Market
• Creating workflows and Use Case diagrams.
• Work with medium sized team on low, medium and high complexity projects.
• Creating Epics/User Stories on JIRA, defining workflows, use cases and mockups creation.
• Support the Product Delivery throughout the entire lifecycle of the product from Requirements analysis to demo and the delivery.
• Defining and Estimating the Complexity points and the Story Points of the new Features and Enhancement Requests.
• Tools used are Jira and Confluence
• Conduct Backlog Refinement Session with the Scrum Team to prepare & maintain healthy Sprint Backlog.
• Conduct the end-to-end demos with our Merchant customers and Acquiring Banks.
• Work with the Sales Team to cross-sell and upsell the Product Offering to meet Revenue targets.

My Roles and Responsibility while working on Housing Benefits system (Financials) were:

• Interacting with Local Authorities of United Kingdom and eliciting requirements.
• Ensuring that the Scrum Team works in the Agile methodology.
• Managing entire Product Backlog & the Sprint Backlog.
• Creating FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, Swim-lane Diagrams on JIRA & Azure DevOps tool.
• Creating Mockups/Wireframes for the to-be system.
• Conducting the Requirements Grooming and Brainstorming sessions with the Scrum team.
• Managing Change Requests.
• Product demonstration with the Clients.
• Participation in the Product Lifecycle from Requirement Elicitation to Delivery.

My tenure in Accenture was with Bank of America Project in Core Banking and Cards. My Roles and Responsibilities included:

• Requirements Elicitation with the CTO of Core Banking and Cards Operations from Bank of America and creating Requirements document.
• Lead the Medium to Large-sized Scrum Teams and Business Analysts.
• Creating FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, Swim-lane Diagrams. The tools used were Jira and Confluence.
• Performing the Enterprise Analysis (Capability-Gap Analysis) to identify the changes that are required in existing functionality to transform into required functionality.
• Conducting Brainstorming and Grooming sessions with the Scrum Team.
• Supporting the product throughout its lifecycle from Requirement Elicitation to Client Demo and Delivery.
