Sustainability Reporting

• Focus to provide analytics and marketing research support in studying the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) parameters with the help of Datamaran to file the Sustainability report in 2021

Profitability model for equipment allocation

• Analysis of root causes on unyielding customer accounts despite investing heavily ($20MM per year).

Model for automatic freight rate generation

• Developed a predictive model which gives an estimated freight value for the shipment that is placed by the customer considering certain key parameters like distance, mode of transportation, quantity of order etc.,

Mix reporting

• Focuses majorly up on improving high margin business by tracking KPIs such as Price, Revenue, Volume and pipeline

Activity & Performing Reporting for US Oncology (RAPID)

Developed an online reporting tool for assisting the field force to analyse their performance and take data informed decisions with the help of KPIs provided through tableau online reports

Sales Force Incentive Compensation & Online Reporting

Involved in strategical incentive plan designing and automation of incentive computation for sales force for Japan, Europe and Middle-East Asian countries and publishing the reports online using Tableau.

Segmentation & Targeting for effective brand promotion

(i). Segmentation of available Accounts for effective brand promotion through factor analysis and K Means Clustering and targeting them with brand priorities through subjective analysis.

(ii). Segmentation of available doctors for optimizing the call frequency to reduce the unwanted effort from the field force.
