• Worked as a technical consultant for an Australian client to develop multiple inbound and outbound interfaces, XML reports based on business requirements, and designed new web ADIs for bulk upload of data Also dealt with daily support work and end-user queries by handling tickets and incidents in Service Now, configured various functional HCM components such as elements/UDTs.
