• Manage and develop a team of site WHS Managers, providing regular feedback, career guidance, and stretch assignments to reduce attrition and prepare high-potential team members for promotion; oversee staffing and capability building to ensure effective WHS coverage across all sites

• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships at the sub-regional level, aligning with PXT, RME, Operations, SLP and other support functions to drive standardization of WHS procedures, lead regional safety improvement projects, and ensure consistent implementation of global and local safety requirements
