Current Role - Senior Manager, PRM Operations (Pan-India)
In 2024, I was promoted from Partner Relationship Manager to Senior Manager. I currently lead operations across Pan-India, overseeing both company-owned and company-operated battery swap stations.
My responsibilities include end-to-end operational management, hiring and training of ground teams, daily station performance monitoring, and ensuring seamless execution of Battery Smart's strategic goals across the national network.
