Installation of Vapor absorption machine at Power plant., 2. Electrical installation in Filtration plant with lighting and other machine, 3. Chemical warehouse extension lighting work, 4. electrical installation in Drum filling plant, 5. electrical installation at Drum crushing plant, At Amsal Cem Pvt Ltd : As a Electrical In charge (Nov 2005 to June-2013), 1. 187.5 kva CPP installation, 2. West heat recovery system installation, 3. Ammonia stripper plant Installation, 4. Installation of 40 TR chilling plant, 5. Installation of 500 l/hr Incinerator plant, 6. 0.6 MW wind farm installation at Porbander, New Pharma plant lighting and machinery design as per GMP and WHO requirement, At Black rose Industries : As a Electrical Project In charge (Aug-2013 to Apr-2014), 1. • Installation of CPD at Amsal Chem Pvt ltd where Exhaust gas of CHP unit use to convert atmospheric air to Hot air generation which is used to dry powder without use of electrical heater
• Installation of WHRB (waste heat recovery boiler ) on exhaust gas CHP unit help to make Hot water to 75 C from normal water of 25C which help in gas consume by Boiler for steam generation
• Installation of 600 KW wind farm at Porbandar with 20 year contract with Suzlon energy Total Power KWH rebate from Factory consumption with wind generation
• Get 5 years Electrical duty exception free for government on use of CPP and complied GPCB norms
