Built an entire team of 6 developers and 3 operations resources by mentoring and guiding them on the entire Software AG webMethods suite. Apart from delivering multiple projects, I was also responsible to implement HA capabilities for the webMethods application. Designed, architected and implemented the HA features by building a replica site in another data center and managing the traffic using HP GTM (Global Traffic Manager) & LTM (Local Traffic Manager). This improved the system availability by 30%.
  • Technical Project Manager (Salesforce CPQ & CRM): Delivered and managed the digital transformation MPlify program to build an enhanced order management and product configuration platform for Enterprise customers using Salesforce CPQ & CRM and CloudSense as an initiative to replace the legacy platform for enterprise order management. This program was a part of the organization initiative to 3X the Enterprise sales in the next 5 years.
  • Automation: Ideated and implemented the RPA capabilities within the Enterprise order submission and management team by implementing webforms and achieved a cost reduction of around 70+ resources within the Maxis Enterprise team.
  • Cost Savings: Saved approx. RM 3 mil in CAPEX by building the in-house integration team for Maxis. Saved approx. RM 4 mil in OPEX by ideating and implementing the intensified defects and issue reduction initiatives by focusing on the 80/20 rule.
