With over 12+ years of experience in the IT recruitment and sales industry, I have developed strong skills in client and vendor relations, account management, business development, and resume sourcing.

• I oversee the entire cycle of recruitment like searching/sourcing potential candidates and short listing them in accordance with the clients' current requirement from the various sources viz Database, referrals, networking etc Screening & Short listing of resumes by evaluating the candidate's technical skills, communication skills, presentation skills, based on client's requirement Scheduling Interviews as per the clients' specifications, intimating the candidates about the interviews Understanding candidate's profile and identifying suitable job opportunities Sourcing relevant profiles from various job portals (www.monster.com, www.dice.com, www.computerJobs.com) Co-ordinating & scheduling of interviews Managing day-to-day activities, which involve screening of resumes, coding & short listing of resumes, scheduling interviews, follow up of selected candidates Follow-up with client as well as the candidates till the selected candidates gets the offer letter and joins the organization Doing resume
