• Configuring and troubleshooting of LAN and WAN Network.

• Utilize the Network Monitoring tools like Oopmanager and SDP Ticketing tool and identify network issue, solving tickets and generating utilization reports

• Performing FLT, troubleshooting with Field engineer to solve End customer issues.

• Generating Tickets with service provider to resolve WAN related issues.

• Follow the Escalation procedure for solving long time pending issues.

• Working knowledge of Cisco routers/switch & HP Routers.

• Working knowledge of zscale Proxy Firewall

1.Checkpoint Firewall and Security:

• Checkpoint OS installation.

• Creating users and privilege level access of users

• Hot fixing upgradation.

• Taking GUI/CLI backup

• Taking migrate export

• Recovery of migrate export
