● Responsible for conducting Cabin Safety Trainings based on Cabin Crew Training Manual, SEP Manual and DGCA requirements to all Akasa Airlines Cabin crew and Flight Crew.

● Responsible for conducting an accurate pre-flight briefing when operating as a Cabin Crew In-charge or as a zone supervisor to prepare crew members mentally and physically for an efficient flight and conducting a post flight briefing to discuss the experiences and issues in order to improve for future flights and also responsible for maintaining flight discipline among crew members on board.

● Perform safety checks and security sweeps on-board.

● Ensuring safety, comfort and satisfaction of passengers on board and handling any medical emergencies during a flight
