Inland Letter of Credits:
Opening of letter of credits on behalf of eligible customers after proper verification of available limit and analysing the genuineness of transaction. Handling bills against those LCs, scrutiny of the bills for discrepancies, if any and reporting of discrepancies to the bank of the beneficiary within a stipulated time. Payment of the bills on particular due dates, if no discrepancies reported. Collection of Commission as per Bank's Circular on Service Charges.


Inland Bank Guarantees:
Opening of Bank Guarantees like Financial Guarantees, Advance Payment Guarantees, Bid Bond Guarantees depending on the need of the customer after proper execution of Counter Indemnity Bond. Evaluating the genuineness of the stamp paper on which guarantee is to be executed. Proper follow up for 'Performance status reports' in case of Performance Guarantees. Collection of Commission as per Bank's Circular on Service Charges.


Foreign Department (Imports and Exports) :
Opening of FLCs, Handling of Documents against those FLCs and reporting of discrepancies, if any. Timely payment of the documents to the Beneficiary's Bank, if Bill is as per LC terms. Handling Import and Export Collection Bills, Inward and Outward Payments of our retail and corporate customers, Obtaining OPLs for doubtful parties, in order to avoid Fraudulent transactions, to safeguard the interest of the Bank and all other activities as per needs of the customers

(IMPORTERS/EXPORTERS) to carry out Import/Export Transactions.


Credit Lending(Advances):

To analyze Customer Needs on the Basis of their Request for Credit Facility sought. Proper scrutiny of their Repayment capacity, Borrower's profile, Credit Ratings and thereafter, proper Appraisal Memorandum preparations after thorough Risk assessment. Proper coverage of Loan facility through Hypothecation/Mortgage as per scheme guidelines applicable to the Borrower. Post sanction Follow ups are also carried out in a Focused manner comprising Stock Statement Analysis, Stock Inspections, Drawing Power Computations etc to ensure the best interests of the Bank.

Cash Management and Daily Banking Operations:

All the tasks that altogether constitute the Customer Service such as Issuance of Cheque Books, Locker facility, NEFT/RTGS, Issuance of Demand Drafts, Payment and Cancellation of Demand Drafts, Account Opening for Retail and Corporate Customers by adopting proper KYC mechanism, Term Deposits, Internet Banking Facility and resolving various real time customer issues.
