As a key member of the Cloud team, I was responsible for:

• Provisioned and managed Azure infrastructure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Storage, AVD) across Dev and Prod environments.
• Built and maintained Azure Golden Images using Shared Image Gallery, enabling standardized and secure VM deployments.
• Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Azure CLI, following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Implemented Azure governance and security controls including RBAC, Azure Policy, custom roles, and tagging standards.
• Deployed and managed security tools (SCCM, Qualys, EDR) and supported CSPM remediation activities.
• Managed Windows/Linux patching cycles and change management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
• Collaborated with DevOps and application teams to support automation-ready, CI/CD-aligned environments.
