Engaged as a Volunteer Counsellor with iCALL-CLAP Psychosocial helpline, under the project titled - Coping with COVID-19 via Community Led Action, learning and Partnership ‘CLAP’ of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai from January 2021 to July
2021.

Volunteered for iCALL Psychosocial Helpline, a Field-Action Project of the School of Human Ecology offering psychosocial counseling services over the telephone, connecting clients to multi-sectoral resources, and offering accurate information pertaining to COVID-19 and psychosocial issues related to it.

240 hours of intensive and knowledge driven online internship; gained experience in Mental Status Examination, Interviewing patients, Assessment and diagnosis, Administration of psychological tests, providing individual and group psychotherapy.

• Instructed students in science core concepts for in-depth understanding of subject matter.

• Developed and devised lesson plans for presenting lessons to increase student understanding in Environment management and Biology.

Developed lesson plans and tutored students for Science subject.

Learnt classroom management and to gain proficiency as a teaching professional.
