• Worked for 16 consecutive months at mother plant "Kheda" on the Green Field Project of "TRUCK AND BUS RADIAL DEPARTMENT" and done the installation and achieved production successfully and also actively powered the green Field project since establishment till date at "Chakan-Pune" plant as a leader of "TBR CURING" Department.
• Active controlling capability in daily production scheduling/planning and inventory management.
• Actively controlling section production budget and planning for the same in order to provide high profit with less resources.
• Checking of abnormal and delayed production by analyzing its root cause through KAIZEN.
• Actively controlling machine non operation time and production loss.
• Consistent team leader for section "SAFETY & DISASTER PREVENTION MANAGEMENT" and controlling machine functioning Aspects/Impacts.
• Consistently working on section's machines "RISK ASSESMENTS & ITS MAPPING" to make machine safer and more work efficient. Training completed under supervision of Bridgestone Technical Centre (Japan) Advisory team.
• Department performer and representative of Bridgestone Corporation, Japan internal plant audit for Bridgestone Asia Pacific (BSAP) region under critical categories of: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Environment.
• Controlling section's waste & scrap systems as per the designed budget provided by Technical engineering department and coordinating with other dept. for the same.
• Coordinating and supporting department MTP's and onward plans and its developments. Also coordinating IIP's among managerial committee.
• Accountable for handling the "Vast Production Manpower" system of the Department.
• Looking after coordination between vendor grievances and the Company in areas of production tooling's and stores purchase items order requests.
• Looking after coordination between production customer sections and self.
• Planning skill training programme of technicians and its regular practice. Certified training completed under "Global Manufacturer Education Center (GMEC)" under the supervision of Japanese GMEC Expert.
• Production work standard development and its safe implementation among all subordinates.
