- Leadership Assessment and Development: Enabled delivery of an integrated development program for a global technology client, for N-2 / N-3 leaders. Project responsibilities included: Analysis of assessment data at individual and group level informing the design of development journey, building engaging learning content, and program managing multiple elements of the project.
- Top Team Effectiveness: Assisted in delivery of multiple top team acceleration programs, for a major Indian pharmaceutical client and a leading multinational bank. Project responsibilities included: Design of and analysis of data from team diagnostics exercises (1:1 executive discussions, FGDs, feedback surveys); design of immersive team sessions; and impact review towards the end of the program.
