• Optimized system performance through regular code reviews and refactoring inefficient components using Asynchronous Apex.
• Reduced manual data entry efforts, automating workflows and Process builders using Lightning flows ,Apex triggers and classes.

Ryder System is an American transportation and logistics company. Ryder specializes in fleet management, supply chain management, and transportation management and offers full-service leasing, rental maintenance and used vehicle sale.

My Responsibilities:

• Followed Agile methodology, contributing to requirement gathering, solution documentation, and successful deployment to production after QA and UAT validation.
• Developed Apex Classes (Synchronous & Asynchronous) and Triggers to support business logic.
• Worked with Aura and LWC to address existing issues and build new functionality as per project needs.
• Managed deployment activities using VS Code and Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
• Achieved and maintained over 90% test coverage, ensuring high-quality code and preparation of detailed Unit Test Plans.
• Built custom reports and dashboards to enable VPs and Admins to analyze case data and improve decision-making.

Unified Client Hierarchy App: - This app allows onboarding, updating, deletion of user details and storing the data in Salesforce System as well as retrieving and passing data to various Integration Source (SDS, IDS, Customer System).

My Responsibilities:-

• Developed and optimized Asynchronous Apex to handle large-scale data processing and improve performance.
• Worked with Custom Metadata and Custom Labels to streamline configuration management and enhance application flexibility.
• Developed various Test Classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet project requirements and ensure system stability.
• Created and implemented Apex Classes and LWC components based on detailed business requirements.
• Optimized the UI for List and View pages, handling different scenarios and dynamic screen rendering based on specific criteria.
• Gained experience in the full development lifecycle, from Scratch Org creation to code commits and raising pull requests for seamless integration.

Harvard Business School Online Administered application, registration, and participation processes for B2B and B2C students across various programs.

My Responsibilities:-

• Designed wireframes, prototypes, and Visualforce pages/components to support client requirements and dynamic screen rendering.
• Led all UI activities and implemented accessibility features for the platform.
• Utilized SVN for version control and handled DevOps tasks, including deployments and sandbox refreshes.
• Collaborated with user groups for requirements gathering and developed front-end and back-end functionality.
• Defined org-wide defaults, customized page layouts, and managed record types for both standard and custom objects.
