• Investigation of NOSTRO breaks and NOSTRO reconciliation in timely and accurate manner.
• Managing margin requirements, collateral booking, reconciliations, interest processing, payments processing, NOSTRO break reporting on a daily basis within stipulated time.

• The primary process involves settlement of securities by reviewing and monitoring risk, trade amendments, query resolution, fail investigation by liaising with Middle Office and counterparties daily in relation to settlement matters.
• Supporting clients and other business division to provide wide range of support related to post-trade execution and settlement process.
• Query resolutions from Counterparties.
• Monitoring unmatched trades for timely settlement, pre matching, SWIFT instructions, Corporate actions trade settlements.
• Reviewing and monitoring risk reports and managing exception items.
• ALERT code custodian's instruction amendments.
• Co-ordinate and facilitate resolution of trade discrepancies (liaison with desk).
• Deal maintenance and Trade Exception Processing: Amend trade details such as rate, quantity, TD/VD, etc instruction given by desk or client service groups.
• Settlement Processing and Fail Investigation: minimize fails to market and SL fails, also its extra borrow cost.
