Under the Local Self Government Department, Kerala, Suchitwa Mission is responsible for evolving implementation strategy, providing policy in the sector of various waste management issues (solid and liquid) and has been functioning as the nodal agency for assisting Corporations, Municipalities and Panchayats in all aspects of waste management

• Interacted regularly with local bodies for identifying their shortcomings in waste management facilities and helped them with PFMS funds to address the issues
• Developed sustainability project goals, objectives or strategies in waste management in Local Bodies with the assistance of elected body representatives, supporting officials and Rps
• Lead regular meetings with Resource Persons
• Visited all Local Bodies regularly to find out violations in waste management
• Taught employees, establishment owners, and members of public, foundational principles and practices of Recycling, Energy Conservation and Ecosystem Restoration to enhance engagement and program success.
• Monitored or tracked sustainability indicators such as energy usage, waste generation and recycling.
• Built frameworks for zero-waste operations and assisted employees with maintaining compliance with goals.

Labour Department is entrusted with the responsibility to maintain industrial Peace and amity as well as to ensure statutory protection to the workers. Enforcement wing of the Department ensures prescribed statutory rights such as limited working time, Leave, Payment of Wages, Maternity Benefits, Retirement Benefit etc. Industrial Disputes between employees and employers are settled through the conciliatory mechanism functioning under the department. Certain direct benefits provided by the government to the unorganised sector is distributed by the department. Department also monitors comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme for the weaker sections of the society.

• As the Junior Superintendent in the District Labour Office, Alappuzha, I was having the role of managing the staff and assisting them for maintaining better coordination with District Labour Officers for the smooth functioning of office

• Serving the SME& RETAIL customers and attaining targeted sales and revenue objective within stipulated period.
• Providing sales, marketing and commercial support to the Dealers for ensuring on-time processing of requests and delivery of products

Worked early as Junior Clerk and later as Senior Clerk during the period except the deputation period within the ODEPC ltd during 1996- 1998
