Handling Documentary collections and Letter of credit(Export)
Document checking, Advising, Negotiation and Payments under Letter of credit.
Reporting to management regarding Nostro and suspense reconciliation.
Handling various Trade working capital products like Short Term loan (STL), Loan Against Invoice (LAI), Local Cheque Discounting (LCD), Loan Against Trust receipt (LATR).
Assist with automated system upgrades and the testing and implementation of new system
Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications
Conduct testing including Functional, User acceptance, Integration and Performance to verify the client’s needs are met
Handle export letters of credit, advise the beneficiary, check compliance of documents
Processing Swift messages to other banks and financial institutions as per requirement.
Handling queries from LO. Providing information to them in short span of time
Communicate client’s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models
Develop and maintain strong relationship with team members, peers, and internal and external management
Global mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple priorities and ability re-prioritize as appropriate
Regularly review and update departmental procedures for all functions performed by the team
Strong customer service and organizational skills, along with competent MS Office skills
Provides input into the creation of detailed project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Investigate and respond to internal and external client inquiries
Interact with application development, enterprise architecture, business intelligence, technology services, and vendors on a regular basis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with people at all levels
