• Providing the support in L1/L2 level depending on the priority of the issues to meet client’s SLA.
• Monitoring and maintaining the web applications using Splunk, SiteScope monitoring.
• Emergency Fix of data or enhancing Business Logic as required.
• Involved in Incident Management, Change Management & Build Deployment.
• Automating tasks using python and bash scripting to reduce the efforts to handle similar patterned repetitive incidents/tasks.
• Responsible for automating the onboarding process of developers seamlessly into supported on-premise, AWS cloud infrastructure.
