  • Operations of 2 profit centers-Spinning Mills/Absorbent Bleached cotton Plant. Deciding authority for suitability of the outsourced products like Yarn/Fabrics for its end use to cater requirements of the Customers. Catering to the requirement of Long staple, short staple and GRS verities of Absorbent Bleached cotton.
  • Analyse, monitor and improved Productivity levels in the Absorbent Bleached Cotton plant from 12T per day to 15.5T per day with proper optimization of the machines and the workload and work methods. The next stage of increasing the Production per day to 20T with minimum addition of resources are in completion stage.
  • Headed the profit centered operation consists of Spinning, TFO, Doubling, Gassing, Soft cone production in Single/Gassed yarn for Direct Dyeing. Well experienced with the production of counts from 10s to 140s count for different end uses from different mixes with the toughest norms of quality and highest productivity norms
  • Experienced in the production of Compact yarn and Eli -twist yarns with all the major technologies available like Elite, Com4 and Rocos, D- Chang for the top quality.
  • Oversee the operations of the organization to meet business goals and projections. Collaborate with cross functional and produce reports on company operations
  • Achieved productivity norms irrespective of the life of machines by timely upgradation of the technological parts of the machines time to time and maintained the profitability of the plant.
