  • Currently spearheading new initiatives to introduce high gross-margin solutions for existing GTM by developing new propositions as well as re-seller partnerships having FY26 revenue potential of 10 Cr. INR.
  • Leading special projects as part of CEO office, which includes driving functional excellence, sales process automation as well as facilitating strategic partnerships for website traffic improvement.
  • Carrying out business development as well as driving synergies across multiple business units, thereby enabling overall business achievement.
  • Orchestrated the top dealer program with sales team as part of strategic growth initiative to maximize revenue contribution of top 50 dealer groups in India.   • Incubated new business vertical TractorsDekho.com (Online Tractor Marketplace) by driving end-to-end execution, starting from deep market research, putting together an excellent business case, supporting platform creation and kickstarting pilot project with India’s largest tractor OEM.
  • Evangelized a long term EV growth strategy which involved aligning cross-functional teams towards a unified vision and generated 6.5 Cr. INR from 18 new clients across 2W, 3W, 4W and CV segments in first year (3.2X of EV revenue base vs previous year). The revenue generated was also an outcome of building strong BD pipeline of 30+ prospective OEMs for sales team through top-down approach.
  • Developed executive-level consultative decks with comprehensive case studies and long term strategic plans to secure high-value integrated deals from OEMs. Cracked five such deals worth 4.45 Cr. INR, with highest annual deal value of 3.19 Cr. INR coming from a single EV OEM.
  • Beyond EVs, identified and evaluated new business opportunities for expanding into 4 new customer categories across auto sector (i.e. Ancillary players, Multi-brand service centers, Technology players and RSA companies) which led to additional revenue of 30 Lakhs INR during first year.
  • Entrusted by the founder to take additional responsibility of building partnerships for finance (Rupyy) and insurance (InsuranceDekho) verticals, with a proven track record of executing strategic partnerships and having strong industry connects.

  • Defined the product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for multiple business functions within Ola Electric and juggled with multiple projects within the workstream at different stages of product development by closely working with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, product & tech, engineering and sales.
  • Formulated an innovative Ola Scooter Charging Solution Strategy post carrying out detailed study on charging solutions offered by competition across India, Europe and ASEAN countries as well as charging infra of global leading EV markets to understand the charging trend and therefore using it wisely for defining charger strategy for Ola.
  • Built a comprehensive database on battery and charger landscape which became possible via data collected through personal network, online research as well as interaction with several suppliers.
  • Engaged with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, understanding them and initiating product planning to meet those requirements. Major projects led & delivered: 1. Switch from swappable battery to fixed battery, 2. Switch from NMC to LFP Li-ion battery, 3. Launch of upgraded e2W portable charger.
  • Conducted a comprehensive study on emerging battery and charger technologies, identifying and proposing a breakthrough solution for accelerating Ola’s EV adoption globally.

  • Successfully touched base with 55 prospective customers in first two months, thereby creating huge awareness in the automotive market, about the company’s new line of business. Out of 55, secured business from 14 new customers including 9 key OEMs within one year of business development.
  • Successfully closed integration of company products with EVs of more than 15 key OEMs, thereby creating a business potential of approx. 194 Cr. for FY20-21.
  • Identified business opportunity of new product segment, got the product developed and got it validated by one of the top leading bus OEMs, thereby creating an additional business opportunity of 3 Cr. for FY20-21.
