- Presently working with BIBA India Pvt. Ltd. a retailer of the Ethnic women's wear, deals in the complete wardrobe collection of the women’s & Kids wear. Since June 2022 to till date as a Senior QA Manager. Handling both brands Biba as well as Rangriti.

Job Involved
- Conducting all product ppm, size set and pattern checking
- Setting Quality Standards: establishing quality standards and specifications for fabric, trims, construction and finished garments based on customer requirements industry standards. And regulatory guidelines.
- Supplier Evaluation and Approval: evaluating and approving, trims and other material supplier based on their ability to meet quality requirements. the involves conducting audits reviewing sample, and assessing production capabilities
- Incoming Material Inspection: inspecting incoming materials, such as FABRIC 4 POINT SYSTEM, trims, and accessories, to ensure they meet quality standard and specification before they are used in production.
- In-Process Quality Control: - monitoring production process to identify and address quality issues in real-time. This includes conducting spot checks, in-line inspection, and process audits to ensure that garments are being manufactured according to quality standers.
