Responsible for monitoring the whole automation process included in loading operation of LPG, Propylene, White oil, Black oil and Lube oil and daily, periodical checking of instruments and their calibration and troubleshooting of all instrument involved under truck loading operation.
Responsible for Installation, pre commissioning, commissioning and maintenance of truck loading metering system, Additive dosing system, blending system, loading planning system, servers, clients etc
Responsible for over viewing installation, pre commissioning, commissioning and maintenance of Tank gauging system and interlock instrument like Radar Gauge, MST, water level sensor, Rim seal system, AOPS limit switch, ROSOV, DBBV, MOV, Pressure transmitter, Flow switch, Position switch, Density probe, HCD, pumps, Fire alarm systems, ESD.
Coordinated for SAT for Up-gradation of Terminal Automation system, MBLC projects at various sites.
Coordinating various technical and non-technical departments for respective works and operational activities.
Providing technical guidelines for subcontractors, operators and technicians. Evaluating Risk assessment, planning of works, coordination’s of departments, troubleshooting, operations, maintenance, safety analysis etc.
Experience in Installation, integration, commissioning, operation and maintenance of instrument involved like Batch Controllers (Dan load 6000, Smart Load & Contrec), Card Readers, DCV’s (Brodie, Daniel, Darling Muesco & LC), servers and client machines, Mass flow meters (Emerson and E&H), Pressure and temperature transmitter, Excess flow check valve, Gas detectors and HCD , Deluge valve, ESD’s, PLC’ s (GE Fanuc), PD meters (LC & Toshniwal), BQD display, Barrier gates, integration of VFD, soft starter, ROV’s, Weigh Bridge etc.
In charge of project for installation, integration, commissioning and maintenance for conversion of SKO to MS loading points, new additional MS point and Ethanol Blending points.
In charge for Erection, installation and commissioning of new Ethanol Tank gauging instruments such as Radar, HUB, MST, TSI, AOPS, Densitoprobe. Integration with existing system like Server, plc, scada., Coordinating with OEM for the integration. Integration of delivery pumps with the VFD and systems
Preventive Maintenance and Break down visit coordination, Interlock checking
Calibration, troubleshooting and servicing of ESD Valves, Self-Operated Valves, and Solenoid Operated Valve, DBBV, ROSOV.
Check proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot control system problem as they arise.
Experience in integration field instrument to control system, performing loop checking and loop setting to the client as per Engineer/Supervisors schedule.
Periodic Calibration of Flow meters and instrument on demand.
Verifying trends & events
Reviewing of Data Sheets of Field Instruments, Instrument Location and Cable Tray Layouts, Loop drawings, Power distributions drawings, cable schedule, Instrument wiring details, Single line diagram, schematic drawing, Cable glanding and Termination.
